In my early twenties and thirties, I always seemed to be in a relationship and was desperately trying to be who I thought I “should be” to receive love and acceptance. As a result, I pursued romantic relationships with people who didn’t value me and that were not in alignment with who I truly was. I would pour all of myself into the connection only to be left totally heartbroken when things came crashing down.

At 33 I found myself heartbroken & completely crushed by yet another deep soul connection gone up in smoke after giving it my all. I was completely exhausted from all the inner work, & felt like I was getting nowhere. I thought I was destined to be alone forever no matter what I did. I could hardly believe my life had turned out this way and I was really ashamed of where I was at.

Meanwhile, I tried to keep it together on the outside but I was deeply triggered by every engagement, marriage and baby announcement that left me feeling completely worthless & alone. The isolation of being single and over 30 was at times unbearable when all I truly wanted was to find my person and share my life with them instead of spending another night alone. I wondered how much more I would have to endure and when it was finally going to be my turn for love.

My Turning Point

Through all of these experiences, while nothing was working out in the outer world, I was guided to turn inwards to build a stronger relationship within myself. For the first time ever, I began to discover who I truly was and began to listen to the call of my soul.

While incredibly painful, the deep soul connections I experienced in romantic love gave me the gift of awakening to who I truly was. No matter how hard I tried to follow the template of what everyone else was doing, my soul had other plans.

My ego completely died with nothing I imagined for my life eventuating and this was the moment my soul came through in full force and I had no choice but to surrender to the greater plan.

 

My Soul Activation

 

One night, crying alone at the beach, about to give up on love, I received a visit from my spirit guide, Mary Magdalene. In this moment, she came to me and said: No Sasha, this isn’t the end. This is the moment where you rise. 

From this point onwards I knew that no one was coming to save me. It was me. I had the power to step out of these loops and patterns and to choose a new story for myself in love. From this moment, I went all in on myself for the first time.

From here I was guided by Mary Magdalene to devote fully to my life in all aspects. This included mindset, emotional, energetic, physical, financial, sexual & spiritual levels of myself. Each day I took small steps in these aspects of my life to rebuild my relationship with myself and create a life that was truly in alignment with my soul. I was already strong from all the inner work, but this was taking it to another level, dissolving all the residual self-doubt about my ability to find love that had built up as a result of all the failed romances. I was surprised at how my energy lifted, my happiness returned & for the first time ever, I wasn’t obsessing over love. 

 Love Arrives


Through this self devotion, I began to accept and reframe my life so far. I wasn’t a failure. I was a warrior of love and these experiences had all been my initiations. I began to feel proud. I opened my heart again. 

I moved out into the world in a whole new frequency, building an amazing soul community around me as I focused on my happiness. As I began to be surrounded by like-minded people, I felt so loved and supported that dating wasn’t even on my mind. 

It was in the wake of focusing so deeply on myself through this framework and activation from Mary that I followed the call of my soul to launch my own angel card deck. Shortly after this, without any effort, without any confusion or struggle, I met my soul mate. Through following my soul, it happened.

By finding the love within me, it became my turn for love out there and way quicker than I ever imagined and for the first time in my life, I experienced a conscious, healthy love.
